House clearances aren’t something most people deal with often.
Below is a simple outline of how we work, from our first visit through to completion.
We start with a visit to the property to see what needs clearing and check access. This is simply a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and make sure we understand exactly what you want removing.
Following the visit, we provide a fixed, all-inclusive price and some available dates. There are no hidden costs, and no obligation — just clear information so you can decide in your own time.
If you’re happy to proceed, we book a date that suits you. Most house clearances are completed in a single day, typically taking between 2 and 7 hours depending on the size of the property.
On the agreed day, we clear everything you’ve asked us to — including specific items, furniture, or contents you’d like removed. You don’t need to be present unless you want to be.
All items are taken back to our unit, where we carefully sort, re-home, donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of them. This is all included in the price — there’s nothing further for you to arrange.
We can provide a report to show where each item was re-homed - this can bring reassurance that belongings have been handled thoughtfully and responsibly. We have comprehensive insurance and our Waste Carriers License Number is CBDU534905.
